In keeping with our motto, “Reach out”, we actively encourage our learners to have compassion, show consideration towards their fellow citizens and contribute to the general well-being of our community. To that end, we have an active outreach programme. Every class takes a turn to initiate a project, in which teachers, parents and learners work together.
In addition, our learners regularly visit the local old-age home, Huis Disa. They take flowers, sing and interact with the residents. We also have projects in which learners collect non-perishable food to distribute in the community. Chain, our local animal welfare society, is also one of the learners’ favourites.
